Questions before lunch?
A few quick answers for the person ordering lunch for everybody.
What is the minimum order?
Every office order has a $250 minimum. The easiest way to reach it is the $25 Executive Box Lunch — ten boxes and you're there, no counting. You can also mix in à la carte sandwiches (priced by build, roughly 17 reaches $250), sides, or charcuterie in any combination.
When do orders close?
Orders close Sunday at 7 PM for the upcoming week's Tuesday and Thursday delivery windows.
What comes with each box lunch?
Each box includes one sandwich, one side, and black-eyed peas. Dessert is not included; desserts are available à la carte.
Is the food delivered hot or cold?
Our delivery menu is served cold. Sandwiches, salads, and black-eyed peas arrive chilled. We are not offering hot sides or hot-food delivery.
Can I add charcuterie, extra sides, or extra dessert?
Yes — those extras are available à la carte and count toward the $250 minimum.
Can I order just sandwiches, without boxes?
Absolutely. À la carte sandwiches are a full entry path — no boxes required. Sandwiches are priced individually by build and ingredients; about 17 sandwiches reaches the $250 minimum order.
Where do you deliver, and what does delivery cost?
Firm delivery radius: 10 miles of 76102. Addresses outside the radius cannot be served. Delivery inside the radius is $25 on orders under $400 and free on orders of $400 or more.
Do I pay online?
No payment is taken during the form submission. Chef Lesly confirms by email and handles billing directly.
Can you handle dietary requests?
Yes — use the notes field for vegetarians, allergies, or swaps and we'll rebalance the order.
How does the donation work?
Ten percent of every order goes to Tarrant Area Food Bank, and each dollar helps provide five meals. We publish every donation — month, date paid, amount, and the receipt — on the giving & receipts page.
