Four steps, no mystery.
The donation isn't a campaign or a seasonal promotion. It's part of the price of lunch, every single order.

You order lunch
Ten percent of the order is set aside for the food bank. It's built into our pricing — no checkbox, no upsell, no round-up-at-checkout. Ordering lunch is the whole ask.

The month closes
Every order from that month gets totaled. Example: a $750 order, our minimum, generates a $75 donation, helping provide access to 375 meals at TAFB’s published conversion. This is an example, not a completed donation.

Chef Lesly pays TAFB
The established schedule is one donation covering the month, paid directly to Tarrant Area Food Bank after the month closes. Only a verified payment is labeled paid. Amounts set aside remain separate until then.
